Service Description

A 1hr session with one of our Certified Pilates teachers done in the virtual space. Whether you have a Reformer at home or would prefer mat, we will tailor this hour to your needs, injuries and specifics. Incorporating this personalized experience in your chosen, private setting is a wonderful way to enhance your daily movement practice. Please message us direct to set up an appointment.

Cancellation Policy

1. I am in good health and have no pre-existing medical conditions that would affect my ability to participate in the physical activities offered by the Studio. 2. I understand that the storage of valuables at the Studio is at my own risk, and I voluntarily and knowingly accept and assume such risk. 3. I agree that if equipment in the Studio is defective, I will not use it, and I will report its condition to a staff member of the Studio. 4. I hereby accept and assume all of the risks existing in the physical activities I will be engaged in at the Studio, and understand that possible injuries may occur during, or as a result of, the physical activities at the Studio including, but not limited to, contusions, muscle strains, sprains and tears, paralysis, and even death. 5.My participation in the activities offered by the Studio is purely voluntary and I elect to participate regardless of the risks. 6. On behalf of myself, my heirs, representatives, and assigns, I hereby release the Studio, its employees, owners, managers, officers, instructors, representatives, and agents, from and against any and all claims, demands, or lawsuits relating to any personal injury, illness, death, property damage, economic loss, or emotional loss arising from my participation in the activities offered by the Studio. 7. I hereby covenant not to bring any action legal, equitable, or otherwise, or to make any claim of any nature whatsoever, including negligence or the failure to exercise reasonable or slight care, against the Studio, its members, managers, employees, agents, instructors, representatives and any other persons involved with the Studio’s programs and activities, either directly or indirectly, for any property damage, personal injury, including death, economic injury, or emotional injury which I might sustain while engaging in the activities offered by the Studio. 8. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio, its employees, owners, managers, officers, instructors, representatives, and agents from and against all claims, including attorney’s fees and costs, which may occur as a result of my participation in the activities offered by the Studio. 9. I understand that I am fully and solely responsible for any and all medical expenses that I might incur as a result of my participation in any of the Studio’s programs and activities. 10. I knowingly and voluntarily make these covenants, releases and waivers with full knowledge and understanding of any and all risks.
