Meet your Movement Mentors
Both Tuzdae and Katie are co-creators of S.H.I.F.T. They hold a shared belief that Pilates and movement are truly meant for everybody. Katie and Tuzdae have a sincere passion for helping people find space for themselves to create self acceptance and love, empowering them to feel their best and bring that energy into their everyday lives. They have created S.H.I.F.T. with the intention of building a supportive environment where individuals can explore movement, learn, and enhance their overall well-being.
Katie St. Louis takes a multifaceted approach to wellness into her teaching. Katie is a Certified Yoga Teacher, Comprehensively Trained Pilates Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator and Nutrition Coach and has been teaching since 2016. She also holds additional certifications that include Melt Method, Barre Method, Applied Kinesiology, Anatomy Trains, & Brain Speed as well as extensive study in Compassionate Inquiry. Katie has a deep commitment to understanding the human body mind connection.
Tuzdae Rosenbach is a dedicated movement practitioner with a deep passion for helping individuals cultivate their bodymind connection. Certified in 2018, Tuzdae brings a unique approach to her teaching integrating movement, breath work, and a profound focus on the nervous system and stress release. With a strong commitment to creating a safe and nurturing environment, Tuzdae strives to provide her clients with a space where they can explore and develop their mind-body connection. Through her expertise in Pilates, she guides individuals in understanding the intricate relationships of their systems, allowing them to tap into a state of calm and inner balance.
